We enjoy partnering with Event Planners to create seamless plans for any occasion and back-up plans for rain or other issues that might arise. We can provide lists of pre-approved caters as well as lists of local entertainers such as Vocalist and Bands to ease the process of your planning. With our convenient location near Wharf Boulevard and Jefferson Avenue, you will have easy access to Interstate-64, which is great for any guest driving to your event. There is plenty of free onsite parking for all your guests once they have arrived and we have overnight staff for any guest staying with us in our historic suites. Wow, your guests with the unique history of our Estate Grounds. We have numerous separate rooms to allow for smaller team building as well as larger main rooms perfect for group luncheons and meeting kick-offs. For our Bridal Parties, we offer separate wings for the Bride and her Bridesmaids prepare for the big day as well as a private, comfortable lounge for the Groom and his Groomsmen. We offer specific accommodation packages for professional speakers and traveling executives to stay on-premise through-out your event.

We have created easy and clear pricing packages for you to build your event, from our standard luncheon to all-inclusive options; including all of the often forgotten or overlooked items, such as table decor, catering, floral, lighting, audio/visual, and live entertainment. We have also created clear processes and checklists to ensure your event goes off without a hitch and our Management Team is on-call 24 hours a day to assist you.

To complete the authentic nature of our Historic Estate, we encourage all of our guest to take part in our time-honored tradition of an “Extra Toast for the Train.” This is known locally to bring good luck to the honored guests of your event. The last time a train went unnoticed, it ended up buried in on the grounds, be sure to ask our staff for more about that unique story.
